About Watershed Eco and Jim and Jacki McCulley
Jim and Jacki McCulley have worked together since 1990. They started JCM Environmental, Inc. together and grew the firm to 25 employees. In December of 2009 Jacki left JCM Environmental as part of the terms of the merger with Landmark Engineering and in June 2011, Jim left LandmarkJCM to once again work with Jacki in Watershed Eco.
Jacki is the majority owner and manager of Watershed Eco and Jim handles all of the field work and permitting.
Jim has performed environmental work for a variety of clients Public and Private in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, Georgia, Florida and Ohio. He previously worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the Philadelphia District.
Watershed Eco delights in assisting property owners, builders, developers, managers and governments add value to their property and projects.
Jacki McCulley is the majority owner of Watershed Eco LLC and handles the A/R, A/P, insurance, licensing and accounting.
Jim McCulley handles the technical investigations, reporting, permitting and association relationships.
Jim is a Professional Wetland Scientist (#000471)
He is a Life Director and the previous (first) Associate VP at Home Builders Association of Delaware.
He serves on the Board of Directors, and Land Development Committees and previously served on the Environmental Issues Committee and Associates Council at National Association of Home Builders.
He previously served on the National Academy of Sciences, Wetlands Characterization Committee, that published the book: “Wetlands: Characteristics and Boundaries”.
Jim and Jacki work together on sales and marketing activities.
