About Watershed Eco and Jim McCulley
Jim McCulley started JCM Environmental, Inc. in 1990 and grew the firm to 25 employees. In December of 2009 JCM Environmental merged with Landmark Engineering and in June 2011, Jim left LandmarkJCM and started Watershed Eco.
Jim has performed environmental work for a variety of clients Public and Private in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, Georgia, Florida and Ohio. He previously worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the Philadelphia District.
Watershed Eco delights in assisting property owners, builders, developers, managers and governments add value to their property and projects.
Jim McCulley Owner, handles the technical investigations, reporting, permitting and association relationships as well as marketing and client relationships.
Jim is a Professional Wetland Scientist (#000471)
He is a Life Director and the previous (first) Associate VP at Home Builders Association of Delaware.
He serves on the Board of Directors, and previously served on the Environmental Issues Committee, Land Development Committee and Associates Council at National Association of Home Builders.
He previously served on the National Academy of Sciences, Wetlands Characterization Committee, that published the book: “Wetlands: Characteristics and Boundaries”.
