Creating Value for Our Clients

Subaqueous Lands

When disturbing waterways, even ditches, it is possible that you will need a State permit in addition to Corps of Engineers approvals.  This large project in Sussex County, Delaware was on a tight time schedule and needed the resources mapped and a permit granted as quickly as possible.

Watershed Eco secured the Jurisdictional Determination from the Corps of Engineers, the State of Delaware and all required permits in less than six months.  This included wetland mitigation plans that included native seeding and planting in a newly created stream channel and pond.
